Fairly AI acquires Anch.AI to launch Asenion
Canadian tech firm acquires Swedish AI start-up to deliver an end-to-end, scalable and universal AI Governance solution – a reliable fast-track to the EU AI Act and beyond.
KITCHENER-WATERLOO, Canada--June 18, 2025--As the EU AI Act is put into practice and businesses across the globe are grappling with its operational impact (€40B+ at stake from 7% global revenue fines) a single platform for cost-effective, end-to-end AI Act compliance has been made available.
The new company name is Asenion, with reference to Isaac Asimov’s “Three laws of robotics”.
