Canadian tech firm acquires Swedish AI start-up to deliver an end-to-end, scalable and universal AI Governance solution – a reliable fast-track to the EU AI Act and beyond.

The new company name is Asenion, with reference to Isaac Asimov’s “Three laws of robotics”.
